parenting after loss > 1000 days

I marked this day in my calendar a long time ago. I marked it and wondered how I would feel today, after a thousand days without her. It is an odd milestone. No connection to this date, just that number. Thousand. A thousand mornings, waking up to the reality that my baby died. Tens of thousands unkissed kisses. A tear shed for every kiss I would have given her. I miss her. This is how I feel.
