Parents of lost babies and potential of all kinds: come here to share the technicolour, the vividness, the despair, the heart-broken-open, the compassion we learn for others, having been through this mess — and see it reflected back at you, acknowledged and understood.
Thanks to photographer Xin Li and to artist Stephanie Sicore for their respective illustrations and photos.
for one and all > Annual crafting event, for baby-lost families
Though I am not the organizer this year, I wanted to just put it out there that the Remembering Together Holiday Ornament Swap is happening this year and registration will be closing tomorrow (11/10 by 6pm EST). You sign up to make an ornament for a family who has lost a child (or children), and in turn, one is made for you and your baby(ies). The swap takes place over the US, Canada, Europe and Australia. Here is the link for the blog & registration link... https://rememberingtogetherswap.blogspot.com/2020/11/signup-now-for-2020-ornament-swap.html?m=1 This can be a really nice way to honor your baby during the holidays, and help bring comfort to another family at the same time. Sorry for the late notice, I hope there are parents here who will check it out & join. Much love!
